Cees Louwers joined LearningGuide as CEO in 2002 to lead and grow the company in its primary workplace performance support market. Cees has 20 years’ experience in the software and services industry, working across several key management disciplines, including sales, marketing and general management.

For three years Cees worked in marketing for IBM before starting and running his own ERP software production, sales and implementation business, building procurement, project and financial management software, which he sold in 2002 prior to joining LearningGuide.

Cees Louwers’ role at LearningGuide is to continue the evolution of the company from a training services business that happened to make great learning and support software into to a software business with research and development, technical excellence and marketing at its core.

Cees holds a Masters degree in business economics from the University of Groningen.

Alfred Remmits is CEO of LearningGuide Solutions, a developer of performance support systems that he co-founded in 2001. Alfred is a veteran of the learning industry of twenty years and has previously built and owned several learning businesses, including SPC Training – an IT training and courseware business and Global Learning Alliance – a provider of international project management, learning-centre resources and business measurement tools. Alfred is recognized internationally for his views on improving organizational performance through better control of informal learning.
