LearningGuide Manager development methodology enables the creation of effective performance support solutions.

A LearningGuide performance support system is comprised of several learning and support components; step-by-step procedures, background information, tips and instructions, related topics and, if desired, graphic visualisations, examples, exercises, tests and presentations.

The content of a LearningGuide is created in LearningGuide Manager. Using LearningGuide Manager’s authoring tools learning objects, comprising of a combination of images and text, can be created. Developers may also add content that has been created within other applications, such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
The learning objects are organized using an index, search terms are added to improve search results and the LearningGuide is then published using a simple publishing menu.
